New Info on LG-VX8800
Figured I'd bring you guys some additional information on this device. It's not much but it will come in 2 colors as of right now: black and pink and the SKUs are activate in the system LG-VX8800 and LG-VX8800P respectively.

Since this topic wasn't really looked at; I will give it a good boost of information that I have. This one concerns release dates; so you should all be excited about that.
All 4 phones on the www.vzw.com/next website will be released BEFORE Thanksgiving. So start saving and get ready.
So that puts exactly 4 new phones (7 new phones including color variations) on that simultaneous release date:
Samsung U470 Blue
Samsung U470 Teal
Samsung U470 Red
LG-VX8800 Black
LG-VX8800 Pink
LG-VX10000
RIM 8130 Blackberry Pearl
All 4 phones on the www.vzw.com/next website will be released BEFORE Thanksgiving. So start saving and get ready.

Does that fool know that Verizon's phones no longer are crippled, you can't do phone to phone yet, as far as i know but you can do pc to phone. And before he brings it up, Verizon does not use the lame UI it used to. What else you got?

You can BT contacts from phone to phone, at least on the LG 8600 you could, I BT'd them from my fusic. On the newer LG's you can BT contacts called "name card". You can print to BT printer, but not send pictures. Whats the point when you can picture mail it? Much less cumbersome than pairing the devices. If you want to BT your own pictures from one phone to another, just swap memory cards.

I think the only thing still crippled is "music" transfer. If it has a licened (sp?) attached to it then it won't go.

When will you let OBEX go? For crying out loud, VZW could release the most amazing phone in the universe at a reasonable price, and the 2nd or 3rd post about it would be you whining that it doesn't have OBEX and is there for "crippled" AARRGGGH!
