I am plan to renew my contract with a family
plan. My question which may sound dumb is.
Is there any way to negotiate for extra
battery or case with the Verizon salesperson?
I understand that the plans and phones prices are set. But do the salespersons in
a Verzion store have the ability to offer
extras for a sale.

I guess if your plan is sufficiently expensive (really big bucks) they MAY be willing to talk.

you could try going to an agent rather than a corporate store. Sometimes if they need the sale, they'll be willing to do it. Hell, sometimes in their ads they advertise giving these away!
