Different OS and the 10000 has a qwerty keyboard. The layout on the top is pretty similar.

The Prada vs. the VX 10000, are very different in style, technology, and OS. Seriously doubt Prada will make a phone for VZW. Prada had everything to do with the phone: design, ui, os, etc. Seriously doubt Prada would allow Big Red to put their UI and BREW or any other OS on their phone.

LG did put the touchscreen technology based on the Prada in the Voyager, that's where it came from. As far as i'm concerned they are similar in style, technology and somewhat OS. The KU990 aka Prada 2 actually looks more like the Voyager.
