Specific Release Dates for the VZW 'NEXT' Phones!

Many thanks to Kellin, over at HoFo:

Well I looked through a few pages on this thread and didn't see this posted anywhere. They've confirmed release dates for the phones on InfoManager today.

The first date is for pre-ordering and the second date is when it will be available to purchase online. Not sure what kind of system will be set-up for pre-ordering I'm assuming through the website right now, but there's not a whole lot that was given. Also, it was stated specifically that these phones won't be available for B2B.

Samsung Juke - 10/09 ; 10/19
LG Venus - 10/19 ; 11/4
BB Pearl - 10/26 ; 11/8
LG Voyager - 11/08 ; 11/18

And yes those are for this year too. 🙂

Where on Infomanager did you see that? Because the last I looked they were all confirmed for a simultaneous release before Thanksgiving.

You'd have to ask Kelin over at HoFo. I'm not a VZW employee.

Are you seeing something on InfoManager that definitely confirms a simultaneous release? 😲

Yeah, so now I'm not so sure about which is the accurate one. I'm gonna go ahead and do some more research when I get into work tomorrow.

How is that confirmation? That's an excel spreadsheet that's missing a few phones that will actually be released in that time line.

The Juke will drop by the end of Oct. for around $100. Followed by the Venus and the Pearl in Nov. The Venus will be $199. No word on Pearl pricing. The Voyager will be released last, but still in Nov. No word on pricing for that one either. Oh, and startind around 10/7-10/9 It'll be Samsung's month for specials on the phones.

The price of the Juke and Venus can be found on InfoManager. Use the search feature and set: Area- all, Department- all.

The Juke release date is indeed confirmed as Oct 19. Guess the cute lil' excel spreadsheet isn't so bad after all. 😉 :

The cheapest phone in the range is the Juke, which is narrower than any U.S. phone so far and will go on sale on October 19, Lanman said.
