In addition to credit aps, we should run IQ checks..seriously

Seriously, we should require IQ checks along with credit checks for some customers. I was showing a customer some phones for approx. 10 min. and they were really interested in the eNV. The customers was pressing all the keys and looking at the screen of the DUMMY PHONE. When I asked the customer if they would like to demo the real phone they said "You mean this isn't a real phone?" I looked at the customer and replied "You mean you THINK that is a real phone?" WTF. I swear no one has any common sense anymore. Some customers should just NOT have a phone!

If that happens then the carrier I work for will go out of business. Hopefully we won't make this retroactive because 90% of the people I deal with everyday will be disconnected.

that should just make it easier for you to get their money by selling useless accessories to them like the stick on signal booster.

We came up with one like....

Do you read a contract before signing?

Do you use electronics in the rain?

Can you work a calculator, VCR/DVD player, Your TV remote, a Computer?

But with the general public being pretty stupid... we figure there would be no customers if we prevented them from using a cellphone. I mean we got people suing McDonald's for being fat. If McD's was like a bar and cut people off when they had too much... they would sue for discrimination then... Sorry bub... you cannot eat here, your too freaking fat, I don't care if it's a gland problem.

I do agree with selling stupid people accessories they don't need. Take advantage... Although 800 CS line will hate you when you sold an 80 year old that is partial bl...

i agree some of the customers we deal with on a daily bases are just freakin morons

but if you think about it....its not just vzw customers that are that dumb.....ive had customers come into the store rambling and complaining about the service and turns out they have sprint/cingi and they think theyre standing in their providers store......lol
