The LG ENV Phone not loud enough/

I have had 2 of these phones now and I am unsure why this phone seems like it cannot ring very loud compared to my blackberry curve etc does anyone else have this problem with their env/

Send me an e-mail through phone scoop with your phone number and I can send you a REALLY loud old fashioned copper bell ringer. You will definitely hear this one.
