VZW is so CONFUSING!!!
Other wireless providers are clear cut on what is included on their voice and data bundle packages. Verizon is not. So the $99.99 plan is 900 minutes and data for email. What about data to suf the web on. Is it not included? If not, then VZW is the BIGGEST rip off out there. I called customer service and I got about 4 transfers and about 3 different answers. What a joke. Can anyone answer this question for me? Thanks.

the premium pack that you reference does have unlimited email, internet, text (pictures and sms and video), and you get unlimited VZ Navigator.
read up a little, it's not hard to find information on.

Actually I think they were talking about the PDA bundled packages where they call it an email calling plan or whatever. For some reasons they started calling all the PDA plans unlimited email plans but really the data if for anything. They don't say unlimited data because of the 5 gig cap. I guess they figure they can call it unlimited email because that would be almost impossible. Bottom line is you can use it for anything, just don't go over 5 gig.

Thanks vzwinagent, that is the plan I was speaking about. They should explain that alittle better. I am sure it is the fine print though. Thanks, again.
