Does Verizon have a fee to upgrade a phone? If so, how much??

Standard Upgrades are fee free.

Early Upgrades are $20 at the location of purchase

Hmmm... I believe in the Midwest at Corp. Stores "standard upgrades" are $15 and NE2 are free. Annuals have a fee as well.

In West there is no fee for standard or ne2 upgrade.

In the midwest there is a $20 upgrade fee for non ne2 upgrade and non merit customers. This is also the case on early upgrade unless a merits customer.
