unified bill system

as of November 11th verizon will switch to a unified billing system which means indirects can finally help customers outside their billing system without calling customer service constantly...🙂

i work in a boomtown so it will be great for me too...but i wouldn't trust what i say...b/c ya know i'm putting out all this false info according to a certain forum user who will remain unnamed.

Nope, your actually right about this one! I guess it is true that indirect areas are the last to know or get corrected updates / releases. This started being communicated weeks ago. None the less, its long over due and will help your channel tremendously!

erm.. you guys sure that it said indirects are going to get access to more information? All the internal stuff I read is related to direct stores only. It is making a system that is going to access the information so all VZW employees will be able to access all accounts instead of being limited to accounts in their area. So instead of vision west, vision east and vision north it is going to be "one vision". So now stores in any part of the country are going to be able to access accounts for all customers. As of right now if a customer from NY was in CA, the CA store couldnt bring up the account so couldnt help much. As of Nov 11, the store would be able to see the account and thus help the customer.

Yup 100% guranteed, Im in Florida and I can now do acts in New York already (as of Friday), and processed one from CA today.

All us indirects have received all the letters outlining the new billing system and our comission rates.
