VZN NAVIGATOR or GPS System?

I'm considering signing up for VZN instead of purchasing a GPS system. My main use will be for addresses around the DFW metroplex.

I'm wondering what your experience using VZN has been? Do you find it to be accurate? Easy to program?

VZ Navigator uses Garmin technology so yes it is just as accurate as the in car units. it also updates automatically over the air so you dont have to bring your unit in to a service center to get it updated (which costs money btw)

unlike the initial cost of the unit, VZNav also gives you the pleasure of paying over time...with tax...every month. o wait, the payments never end. round it out to 15% each month on 9.99, and you have around 11.49 per month as long as you use the service. the price of convenience, I suppose; if I ever decide, I'll probably get a unit in a year or so when the prices drop to around $100 on sale, one-time cost. that's a better deal for me.

Well, GPS units *are* in the $100 range right now, and are only going to get cheaper.
