I didnt say Hillary would be the answer, I actually like Ron Paul the more I read about him, I also really like Obama.

But honestly, anybody would be better then what we have now, the amount of coruption that is in there right now is unbelievable.

Have to agree.

Aside from the crazies (Tancredo, Kucinich), ANYONE, including Hillary, is better than Bush-Cheney. They suck so bad its not even funny anymore. 😳

I knew the current administration was done when my father, who's as conservative as it gets and was a hardcore Reagan supporter in the '80s, told me that even he can't stand to listen to Bush anymore. ☹️

2009 can't come soon enough.

I know the feeling, man. I was using 877-777-5759 and got the same thing. Call COOS, though. They'll transfer you right to a person. Takes 2-3 minutes

Choose either 3 or 4 for "more options" (which one depends on whether you're EasyPay or INpulse)

Choose 3 for "difficulty operating phone"

Choose 5 for "other problems"

Works every time. 😉

Same here. You just hve to listen carefully, only one route gives you the more options which has a choice to speak to someone. It always seems like it changes to me. Maybe its the Inpulse/Easypay thing. I didnt realize the prompts were different.

Hehe, the really fun part is when you call in about a prepaid number that has 0 balance and you cant get to a part of the IVR to get to a person because it locks you into the payment IVR ;P

As an indirect, dont you have a direct number for like pre-paid activations that you can call? In our call center we used to use the prepaid activation system to get to customer service since our internal speed dial took us to the prepaid IVR.
