VIP.. Annual Upgrade??

It is true that once you are "Verizon Wireless VIP" you can upgrade annually as long as you meet a couple qualifications?? I thought I was eligible for this annual upgrade but am now unable to find this information online.

In order to be eligible for Annual(early upgrade) you must have been on a 2 year contract, the line has to be charged $49.99+(this disqualifies secondary lines on a FSP) & have to be charged that for the last 3 months, and it has to have been at least 12 months since your last upgrade.

I.E. You have 4 lines on a FSP of where the primary line is being charged $80.00 and each of your 3 secondary lines are being charged $9.99. As long as you started a 2 year contract or did a 2 year upgrade on your primary line and it has been 12 months since that occurred, then you would be eligible for the Annual upgrade on the PRIMARY line only. The Annual upgrade gives you the 2 year discounted pricing(Does not give you the $100 or $50.00 NE2) on any pho...

I thought you could do an annual upgrade and still get your NE2. Thats what I've heard from reps on here and in the stores.

thar's a negative; NE2 is a static date at 20 months, unless someone does alot of talking.

If you got your credit after a year, it kind of defeats the point of "new every TWO".

Not only do you not get to use it, but your 20 months start over with an early upgrade...
