Ok just wana start out and say hello to all. New to the forum but not to phonescoop.

Ok now down to the question. I called care, and asked to speak with the retentions department to try and get an upgrade early. I have been with verizon for a year on a shared plan with my GF; I got her an Orange LG enV for 20% off after being on for only 10 months doing the same thing. Know my phone took a dump and I want the Voyager, the rep from retentions told me i have to wait and see what the one year upgrade price will be on the nov 21st. What is a one year price i thought it was like every year and a half? Any help would be great.

Ohh and P>S i work for sprint go figure.

It sounds like a one year contract price, perhaps an exception upgrade? Sign a two year contract and get the one year price on a phone after only a year of service.

Honestly, I wouldnt expect much, since you've only been there for 1 year, if you work for Sprint then you know the procedures, you have o be on an extremely high plan for them to really help you out after that short amount of time you have been there.

But good luck.

With the new damaged phone policy if your phone took a dump then we would offer you 1 yr pricing with a 1 yr contract renewal. Prices are posted but always subject to change so we are not allowed to confirm and phone price prior to launch.
