Does anybody here have the power to do an ESN change on an employee line for me?

Normally it takes about 2 business days to get it done, im getting my shipment of Voyagers in today and would like to get it done quicker, Im afraid it wont be done till Friday otherwise.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Which number are you calling? I call 800-891-3808, and they tell me that I have to submit an email, copy my account manager, and it will take up to 2 business days

From what I have understood about the employee lines is that your account manager has to do it. Kinda sucks since it is not there top priority.

Yeah, it's very weird. Here in the Midwest we have to make the request to our Account Manager and they submit it on some internal site then it gets completed. From my understanding sometime soon there is supposed to be an internal site available to us that will allow the changes.

I hope so, I hate not having access to my own account.

You shouldn't have to do that. I am in the midwest to and when I was still on the old employee plan I would just call in and have it changed. Supposedly all you have to do now is call CS and when you enter your # it automatically takes you to employee CS.

Policy in midwest is different depending on corporate or indirect agent. Indirect agent cant call *611 and have their mtn connect them to employee line. They have to go thru acct manager. I know it sucks and get many complaint but they took the speed dial and 800 # away for employee line. All csr can do is enter their own # to get employee line and get adv can't speak to indirect agent.

Don't do it unless you do not care about your job- you can do it online yourself via MYACCT
