Anyone Get to Play With the LG 5400 Yet?

Anyone use this phone yet? I have a friend who really wants a new trimode phone with bluetooth... yep, even though some of the analog towers are going to be shut off next February.

Given her reqs (trimode and BT), seems like it's between the 5400 and the Moto 325i (if she can find one) or the new 325xi that's coming out. Are there any other contenders? And for those who've got to play with the 5400, whaddya think of it?

It's a solid phone. Not only does it look a heck of a lot better than previous models, it performs better as well. We've gone through quite a few of them. I'd avoid the 325i. We saw a lot of those come back due to severe lag when using the menus, texting, and picture taking. 5400 = smart buy.

5400 is a great phone, I have sold a ton of them and not had any problems. Stay away from the 325i horrible battery life and so many problems I probably see at least one in my store a day with a problem. From what I have heard the 325xi will not have a camera and I would assume that it will also have the same problems as the 325i.

Yeah, it seems like everyone is saying 5400 > 3251/325xi. Reading through the 325i reviews just recently, its not too hard to see why.

The phone seems to be doing the traditional "Motorola fade", i.e. the more recent reviews indicate that the phone doesn't hold up well, ends up having lots of problems, etc. etc.

Classic Moto. When will they learn? 🙄

Guess I'm gonna recommend the 5400 to my friend. Thanx for the info.
