LG vx9950...enV 2?
i was doing some research and came across a site saying that there would be another version of the enV commming out in early 2008..no not the Voyager but an upgrade to the enV now...Does anyone else know or heard about this vx9950 or enV 2?

When our LG rep came to show us the Voyager I asked him if the Voyager was replacing the EnV. He said NO, that there would be an upgrade for the EnV after the first of the year. He didn't know anymore than that.

Agreed. Our Lg rep had told us the same thing. Voyager is the first of a new line of "high" end phone for LG. EnV line will continue and unlike prior to the voyager is now considered "mid-grade."

False...Lg Rep was in last week and confirmed that there is an update to the enV to be released sometime late Q1 early Q2. However, Verizon will continue to release new colors of the enV. He advised us to look for a Verizon red version of the enV by the end of March. He said the new enV is a combo of the voyager and enV. Partial touch screen on top and instead of a flip to expose the qwerty keyboard there will be a sliding qwerty, much like the Rumor on Sprint. We were also advised to look for the Prada in mid-March.

cool i think the prada is right up my alley, i'm also hoping for something similar to the Shine series from korea not the one from ATT.

prada is a PDA. as of now not sure if it'll be reworked or a different version for verizon.

That's the KS20 not the Prada. The KS20 hardware is derived from the Prada but its Windows mobile.
