verizon advertising - unethical?

perhaps someone can help me. i live in idaho falls (southeastern idaho) and switched to verizon several months ago from edge wireless. i find the verizon service particularly bad. they seem to have put together a local network that barely functions - just good enough to sell phones.
when compared with edge wireless and us cellular they are markedly inferior in this region. there are numerous dead spots in the city and surrounding areas. on the interstate to boise my phone has the most minimal signal, but as i travel, i see cell towers everywhere.
why does verizon advertising so heavily here when they do not have a competitive product?
in the store, they told me that verizon has the best network. well, maybe nationally they are ...

Thats why they have the 15 day worry free guarantee. If the service isnt to your liking you can return it, not be bound by any contract, and get your money back for the phone.

You have to love and trust that 15 day worry free guarantee, it probably covers shipping the phone back, so make it 5 days worry free... that gives you enough time to travel all over and check out your coverage. 😈

Who said anything about shipping a phone back? Just take it into the store you bought the phone at 🙄
