If a current customer is eligible for upgrade discount priceing (does not have NE2) and wish to upgrade is there any type of upgrade fee or anything like that? And how are the discounts as compaired to new customers?

There are no fees at all and you get the promotional price...You can get a new fone at anytime but the thing is that if you do not renew your contract the sametime you get a new phone then once you get that phone you will have another 2 years added on to your contract...So say you renewed your contract in January and you waited till May to get a new phone and use your new every 2 then your contract will no longer go from January till January it will go from May 2 May...So in that case if you signed a 2 year contract your contract would be reality 2 years and 5 months long instead of 2 years...Basically it is another way that Verizon Wireless tries to scam its customers into being locked into a contract and their company...I wanted to wait ti...

I have found no were that it tells you that that bluetooth is crippled except on here.

The contract part is fairly similuar to most companys. Just trying to fingure out what companys charge upgrade fees of some sort.

You can early upgrade after you 1yr if you are on a 2yr contract. You have to agree to sign a new 2yr contract on a price plan of $49.99 or higher.

To better answer your question I would like to know what city and state your cell phone is based out of. In the west (starting from wyoming) policies are different from what was replied to your post
