ok serious question do you guys get asked why you don't have perfect coverage everywhere and please don't hit me with vzw slogan's "Verizon we're absolutely friggin' perfect" guy next to me just go chewed out by ignorant customer about how he doesn't get signal in one area (not in his house btw) cust doesn't run a business and i don't even think he has a job. What do you say when that does happen?

we have coverage in around 95% of the country, coverage is not available everywhere. you can view a coverage map at verizonwireless.com or ask me for help. where were you that you ddint get coverage? *check map* yes I appologize that is an area we do not currently cover or we have marginal coverage in that area, semi spotty.
