question (sorry if it's a repetitive bluetooth question)

has anyone gotten ftp or obex to work on an env? i cannot get anything pushed to the phone. i have a treo 750, sony w580, pantech c150 and samsung a727 and a Kensington bluetooth adapter for my pc and everyone of those work perfect except for the env. after reading everything about the phone i thought i'd be able to work with it. they only give 1 minute for discovery but even if i do it quick enough the env won't accept it... i set permissions to always allow and still do not get a response. i know for a fact that nothing is wrong with any of my other devices. is it a device issue or has verizon not opened up as much as i thought?
also, sending a picture from email to the phone (none of the email options on the phone allow for attachments,...

the ftp/obex profile is disabled on the phone for business reasons.

vzwpix.com is very slow, if ever, when receiving messages from an SMTP server for a few reasons. one of the main being that carries suffered from some major spam attacks earlier this year. when coming from another phone MMS is no issue because it is coming from another vzwpix.com subscriber.

2 ways you can get ringtones to the phone:
1. buy them thru GIN
2. get a USB cable, download and use bitpim

i'm looking at the phone now it says under supported profiles on the phone:
6. Object Push
7. File Transfer
if they say it can then they need to make it work...

that's understandable but annoying.
