Network Unavailable?
I didn't think too much of it, but then just now I tried to use the phone to get on the web and check my account status..
When I did this it kept telling me the network is unavailable.
What could cause this? It's worked fine until now.
Yesterday I did take my phone to Verizon when my bluetooth headset wouldn't work. They reset the phone.
Do you think maybe that would have something to do with it?
let the music play, once it ends look on the screen to see program successful. then end the call and power the phone off and back on.
once back on dial #832 send. it should say test call successful. once thats done try again with the mobile web. make sure you have VZW 1x coverage at the top.
If still no luck call 800-922-0204 from a different phone and select the tech support option.
