SOS, no insurance and phone damage!
Hi I'm looking for some advice. I ugraded my phone and 2 year agreement just 37 days ago. Well, of all things I dropped my phone and it got run over by a car! I have no insurance, but they won't even sell me a new phone at the upgrade price! They are making me pay full retail. Is there anything I can do?

well, they have to pay the manufacture for it! if you have your old phone you should be able to use that or check ebay... maybe someone that works for them can help a little more but i'd check ebay.

First off, get the damn insurance. It's $5 a month (the price of a coffee and a danish) and it can be a lifesaver!
Try craigslist as well. If you live in a larger city, just type in "verizon" and all of the verizon phones available will pop up. I've gotten some great deals on there.
