I'm not sure about DUN, but I used my 8300(LG) in the car this summer to get online with my macbook pro via bluetooth. I had to add on the broadband connect plan for the days i used it though.

Is what I did different than Dial up Networking?

Yes, they do work on the Mac. I own the Macbook Pro and i have my voyager connected to it all the time at school to not have to use the school's network.

The only time I recommend using it though is if you have VCAST!

If not you'll be paying a high bill every month.

PM me on exactly how to do it if you want to know.
