ACS vs. Indirects
I currently work for in indirect location as an Assistant Manager. I just did a transfer to a new location in mid nov. so far its not been very lucrative. We have 6 employees at this location and its a struggle to fight off the other 5 to make a sale... In addition I am getting a little burnt out of sales.
So I applied at ACS Affiliated Computer Services for a CSR for Verizon. It sounds pretty promising. It pays anywhere from $8.00/hr - $23.00/hr based on the quantity vs. quality of each call taken.
If anyone has any information/advice on this matter I would greatly appreciate it!!!

No dice. Mostly uneducated, ill mannered, poorly trained reps at ACS. Apparently there is some merit to those extensive background checks that VZW puts their in house reps to.
