why don't you back up what you say and show me were I say how bad ass their CS is? I have had verizon and had as many issues with their CS as with Sprint. Alltel is the only one so far I haven't had issues with. They are always pleasant and take care of what I need and I talk to someone in under 2 min if not instantly.
