PDA vs Premium plans for e mail and web surfing

I'm looking to get either a smartphone (probably the 5800) or the Voyager. My question is if I'm going to use it for phone, e mail, and web surfing what is the better plan to go with? The PDA would of course give me more options as far as mobile office but the Voyager would give me Vcast and Verizon Navigator. Also can you use a family share plan for 2 PDAs or PDA and a blackberry? I've looked at the verizon wireless web site but it's difficult to compare when they don't always specify what uses voice minutes on the premium voice plan. Thanks for any information. One last thing, what's the deal with the on line discount? does verizon's web sales compete with the corporate stores? seems a bit unfair.

I would suggest a blackberry pearl or 8830 it is a good middle of the road.

Voyager(vcast $15) comes with a you check it email $5 for mobile email(will send you alerts
Both options will be limited in use(ex:attachments, pictures)
Navigator $10
So you are looking $30

Pda $45 no navigator, full email(attachments, photos...full access

Blackberry
$30 full email, and you can add navigator on these $10

and on a lighter note please go into the store and checjk these out, feel them with your own hands and get a real person to help you, please don't order it then take it in there and try to get help...We all have bills and pricing will be the same(you may have to mail a rebate instead of instant, but worth it for the service)

I've been a customer since the GTE days and I've bought all my phones in corporate stores. I just wish I could find a competent sales rep that will still be working there in 6 months to deal with in the Plano, TX area. I've only ever met one competent rep in a corporate store and he's a manager now so I can't always deal with him when I'm in the store.
