Verizon Pay?

I currently work for a wireless company and was interested in exploring other opportunities. What does a top sales person at Verizon make a year? I work in the Chicago/Milwaukee area if that helps. Thanks for your responses.

I was also wondering what kind of quotas verizon reps have? I was told it was pretty high. Could someone please help me out, I am very frustrated with my current company and have a few years of cellular experience and have one of the highest attainment percentages in my market. Just wondered if the grass was greener on the other side.

I was offerd a position at verizon, but chose the position with cingular based on pay.

verizons quota was over double what cingulars is, and the pay plan, based on hitting quota was only $6,000 more a year.

I chose to work for cingular, because I knew that I could make more money based on bonuses for exceeding quotas. the quota for verizon didnt leave much room for going over, because there is not that much time in the day.

this month I had as many activations as required by verizon to hit quota, and I dont see how there would be enough time in the day to do any more. However my next commision check will be nice because I accomplished 225% of my cingular quota

thanks for the info man, but I also work for cingular and have you seen the new commission grids? That's what's got me thinking about leaving!!

I thought that they werent out untill febuary. are you union, or non union?
