JAWBONE USERS READ THIS

The black Jawbone sold at the verizon store is
different internally from the At&t black jawbone.
THey have different "firmwares" programmed into them.
I emailed Aliph and they confirmed.
The At&t Jawbones are optimized for GSM phones.

The Verizon jawbone is Optimized for CDMA phones.
The reason is the GSM Jawbones had bad echos when used on CDMA phones, so they made a different firmware for CDMA phones.

ALSO
The Black Verizon Jawbone is not compatible with the following phones

-Motorola Q- (black or silver model)
even if you update the phones software with
motorola software updater

-LG VX8300-

-HP iPaq-
