Well, I work for T-Mobile, but where I live we have call centers of various types for almost every major carrier, and of course stores. I work along side several former sprint-pcs reps. They never really talk down about the service, but the stories about how the company has treated them are all very consistent-BAD. I know sprint has closed down several call centers, and the one here is closing this upcoming march. so, I don't know what department you're in, but VZW at the time being as far as business, is a lot more stable than sprint-pcs. It may be worth wile to stay where you're at until a) all this merger frenzy dies down and b) companies take a more definitive path that you can depend on.

My best friend works for VZW retail, actually...
