I think the V710's offered by carriers other than Verizon do not have crippled Bluetooth, just my thoughts on it. Cause after all, Verizon is the one who had it crippled.

I flashed the software with a new software to enable full function bluetooth and make the camera quality much better. If you would like to see pics of the phone let me know and leave your email address and I will email it to you. I intend on putting it on ebay in about a week but wanted to give phonescoop members first dibs. I have been using it on Verizon for the last few months with absolutely no problems.

I flashed mine as well and it works like a charm. Now I am selling it because I am at the end of my contract and decided to give GSM a try on a month to month basis to compare. If you are interested let me know.
