new eroes feature...infodesk 2.0
so have any of you indirect reps started using infodesk 2.0? it launched in the mountain market today and it looks like it's very useful...opinions anyone?

I was a little leary at first, but after messing with it, I like it. I especially like that we can now see the ESN history. That will be helpful. So far so good.

yeah played around with it so far today.. its nice.. esn history, it also shows you all the customers accounts your store has pulled up through the day and you can bring them back up if you forgot to finish something, also shows if they have registered online so you can d/l the free backup assistant. We will see what else pops up

Under the 'customer' tab, click the account bubble and look at the bottom left. Not sure yet if this is going to be useful or not, but in the upper right of the same section, you can see whether or not they bought online
