I tell her I'd be happy to help her figure out what happened to her rebate. Ask her if she's had a chance to check online for the rebate center. She states she doesn't have internet. I say, "That's ok I can look it up for you."
So we're going over everything and I let her know that we received the rebate info sometime in December, 2007 and the rebate has been mailed on 1/8/2008. She states that she's in college and living at school. (Yet, she doesn't have internet?)

The most frustrating thing I get is when customers want to upgrade their phones by NOT logging into My Account because the price is higher than the main page.
And they get mad at me because I can't give them their phone numbers.
