posted from my phone after i got done talking to our call center data gurus, got too excited to see if anyone has updated since then! good stuff btw, even though we said like the same thing, yours sounded way better. from now on im gonna like proof read stuff i write...well after this post i will proof read to make it sound more professional....starting....now!
