Designer Phone Coming To Verizon!
I was on the phone with Verizon because I wanted to upgrade to the BB Pearl and did not end up getting it because of the data plan. I asked the rep if he knew when the samsung u940 was coming out and he said he didnt know, but he said that Verizon is getting the actual LG Prada with the Prada branding in the Semmer! I cant wait to see that and I will buy it the first day it comes out!

i find that extremely hard to believe, first off while would a tier 1 customer service rep be privy to that kind of information, and even if they were, why would they break their binding NDA on a recorded telephone conversation? seems real unlikely they told you anything of the sort. 🤨

I actually asked my LG rep about that about 6 months ago. He said that Verizon was not getting the Prada, but they were getting a touch screen phone (which was the Voyager). Verizon is not getting the Prada.

verizon is GUARANTEED to get the LG Prada per the LG rep that was in my store last week. Late Q1 to early/mid Q2 release. We'll also see a Rumoresque type phone from LG as well. Also look for the enV in a bright Verizon Red by the end of March.

The Prada IS coming to VZW this summer. Along with a new EnV/vx9100 (not a new color, an upgrade) and new chocolate. Can't say how I know (I like getting a paycheck), but I know.

Sorry dude, you're wrong. The 9100 is similar to this GSM phone with a little cosmetic difference on the front. IT IS NOT THE RUMOR OR ANYTHING LIKE IT.

Well, i'm keeping my fingers crossed. I've actually been ridiculed on Howard Forums since last year because i've said the Prada was coming to Verizon. I didn't have any inside info telling me this, i just base it on the industry trends and what phones are overseas and what phones Verizon releases. I see the Voyager as the Prada variant but the actual Prada would be amazing. Could you release more info when you can? Maybe release info thru a third party?
