Wish Verizon would help me

I choose to have Verizon as my carrier for many reasons, but wish that they would have family plans that help the casual user. I have two lines, one is used often, the other is mainly for very light use. I rarely use over 300 minutes a month for both lines. If I could get a plan with fewer minutes, I would be more inclined to add features such as unlimited texting and vcast, but don't because I have to pay for 700 monthly minutes that are not used.

Call CS see if they have a lower plan then 700. There may be one that is about $10 cheaper although it would be a low as 300 mins.

Call CS and ask about the loyality plan. It is $59.99/month for 2 lines and you get 550 minutes with it. that sounds like what you are looking for.

wondering if they would still be able to get the select unlimited messaging option with that plan. I know that the select plan isn't available for the 34.99 300 min. plan for individuals, and VZ isn't in the market to help their low-end users, sadly.

just a thought. don't mean to be a downer.

He said he would be more inclined to add those feat so I take it he/she doesn't have them already. They would have to go with individual texting plans which are only unlimited vzw to vzw and a set amount for non vzw.

I do not believe that plan is a national plan and therefore I couldn't get the Voyager if I decide that's the phone I want.
