My good friend is on Alltel, and someone with Verizon keeps calling and texting her. Is there anything anyone can do? Find a name by number? I advised her to just call Alltel and block the number, but I'm not sure she can even do that.

Help!?

If this has been a short term issue, I'd bear with it for a week or so. If your friend just got this number, it was probably a ported number prior to her getting it. It will probably stop.

Or you can call Alltel and change the MTN.

This is where our services come in. You need an attorney - an affordable attorney. Check out our membership and how it can help you: www.prepaidlegal.com/hub/alansills (look at family legal plans). Once on that page, you can email me.

I know a way that usually works pretty well. You take the number and visit local clubs, restaurants, gas station bathrooms etc. and use the following quotes followed by their number.

For cheap prices on great quality drugs call ---/---/----

I am a child predator, call me and tell me what you think about me ---/---/----

This usually allows the dirtbag to receive a taste of their own medicine. Make sure they are left in the Men's bathrooms so he will not be able to pin it on her. Have a few friends join in on the fun and start spreading the word.

Sometimes you have to let the stalker feel stalked and they get it. They could also go to a grocery store and get a subscription card to every magazine in the store and fill them out to the idiot calling and texting them and check the bill me later box. Nothing like getting dozens of magazines and having to call to cancel the subscriptions 😉

Spoken like a true stalkling expert......

Guess what..? If a subscription or anything is sent to your home without your signature you are not obligated to pay a dime for goods received.

is that why my issues of Pop Sci haven't come yet? I put "bill me later"! But I want them!

Correct Joe, you are not obligated to pay; however calling 47 magazines to tell them you didn't fill out the card to stop the subscription is a pain. Guess that flew right over you Joe 🙄
