U740 --> Alias?
Anybody else notice that Verizon is calling the Samsung U740 the Alias?

yea i just saw that somewhere the other day. when did that start?
also i just had a cust tell me he got a flyer from VZW in the mail with a pic of the u740 in a "cream" color and he wanted to know when we were getting them. anyone else hear about that. and who would want a "cream" colored phone 🙄

The u740 used to be in Champagne, for some reason, it's not anymore.

Yeah the champagne looks cream in most photos.. maybe that's what he meant. I seen another thread on here mentioning a white u740 though.
And I've also noticed the "Alias" used on VZW commercials. I was wondering what was up with that... I even googled "Samsung Alias" with no luck.. Maybe VZW decided to just give it a new name.
