I had a chance to play with the 6600 for an hour the other day (one of the perks of having a Verizon kiosk in one's store). I was surprised by how well built it feels. It's got a nice, heavy, sturdy feel to it...and the slider mechanism is butter smooth (no wobbles, wiggles or anything of that nature). The screen is absolutely beautiful...colors are bright and clear. And, hey, EVDO works wonderfully, as well (a perk of living in the Miami, Ft. Lauderdale area). I will say that I had a repeater built into the inside roof of my location...I'm sure that helped my satisfaction level.
