My friend has the Centro and its an ok device but the keyboard is tiny, not good for texting.

I had the Centro and used a third party keyboard, mini keypad, I think. It really made a diff. and it was a free trial just like the Sprint free trial. BTW the only reason I came back was I couldn't get the rest of my family to switch with me. I was on SERO and tethering for free with unlimited internet, and text.
