I have had several Motorolas and they have all had great reception and call quality...(I am aware alot of people think they are POS and have a plethora of quality control problem)

But I am going to be in the market for a new phone soon and I was wondering what each manufacturer is known for? Example...Motorolas have great reception and no so great battery life....and supposedly Samsungs do not have that great of reception....just wondered what people have experienced.

This is my take.

Motorola is #1 for reception. The phones however have very poor battery and usually performance problems. At the bottom of my list. We actually stopped carrying all Moto's at my store.

LG is pretty much the all around #1. Lately the reception seems VERY close to the Motorola phones. The quality is usually outstanding as well.

Samsungs have very few issues. I hardly ever see a warranty issue on a Samsung. The only downside is reception in the already tough to get reception areas. They just don't perform there.

I disagree. Motorola's have (or can have) excellent battery life. Their batteries wear out with use though (all batteries do this, but the razr's batteries seem to go to crap very quickly. I think that Motorolas have some of the best reception and call quality out there.

Samsung phones are very solid. They do well at most everything, just check some reviews before you opt for one.

LG, however, is my favorite brand of phone. They combine unique styling, slim form factors, and good reception/call quality. You really can't go wrong with any LG phone. Best manufacturer hands down.

OK so I do like Motorola's BUT there battery life is crap, always has been, currently Motorola is replacling all (within 15 months of purchase) Razr, Krazr and 325 batteries since there have been so many problems. Also there have bee A LOT of problems with all of there recent phones, charging issues, freezing problems (surprise, surprise), phones running slow, I could go on all day, but you will get the best reception with moto's.

Samsungs are decent phones but I wouldn't sell one to my family. There battery life is not great (better then moto though), the reception could be better, other then that we never have issues with them.

LG is the best, battery life is great, reception is almost as good as moto and we have very few problems, o...

Although Nokia seems to have disappeared, they have ridiculous durability. I've had those get the crap beat out of them and they still live.

Samsungs are good durability, too. Motorola not so much. The best reception seems to come from Motorolas. This is just one persons experience, though, I'm not tallying up what customers say. I don't deal with a lot of complaints.

Do your boost mobile phones come with a coin slot on the side to deposit money?

🤣 That's a good one. That person might as well have his/her own piggy bank with a coin & dollar slot. 🤣
