VERIZON TECICNAL SUPPORT IS THE WORST

Today I took my blackberry 8830 to the vzw store. The phone would not turn on and would not charge. The lady behind the counter looked at my phone for 15 min before even said a word to me. The whole time she was looking at her own phone. would like to know where vzw gets these people? In the end the only thing wrong was the charger. Come on verizon will you hire employees that actually want to work. I'm sure ATT does not have this problem.

Why would to guarantee another competitor doesn't have that problem? That's kind of a bold statement and I'm sure it was said out of impatience but if you honestly believe that statement then ummmm, time to get back to the real world.

I know its frustrating to feel like someone isn't taking care of the problem or being courteous, but the problem got fixed, not sure what the big deal is. Obviously they didn't need your input or opinion or they would have asked, they did their job so what's the problem?

If you want a show and a buddy while someone is assisting you with a technical issue its not their job to entertain you, its their job to fix the issue, again I empathize the boredom and wait but be realistic, no company is going to NO...

Well, customers tend to blabber on and on about irrelevant things and give clueless replies when you try to ask clarifying questions so most of the time it's quicker just to work on the phone with as little interaction as possible.

I agree!! I do try and talk to the customer some just to be polite but it really dosent help me that your Aunt Margie has a grey flip phone and her phone holds a longer charge then yours. Thanks, good for her.

I hear there's a company called "Diz Boost Mobile" and a very reliable source told me that they even have hip and funky-fresh yellow phones. You should fit in well over there.
