VERIZON TECICNAL SUPPORT IS THE WORST
I know its frustrating to feel like someone isn't taking care of the problem or being courteous, but the problem got fixed, not sure what the big deal is. Obviously they didn't need your input or opinion or they would have asked, they did their job so what's the problem?
If you want a show and a buddy while someone is assisting you with a technical issue its not their job to entertain you, its their job to fix the issue, again I empathize the boredom and wait but be realistic, no company is going to NO...
