Please Be Nice...
That being said, I've noticed that many people ON THIS BOARD are quite nasty to posters on these threads. I understand there have been a lot of trolls on here lately, but some people have pretty legit questions and don't need people answering rudely with posts implying that the poster is an idiot for posting the question in the first place. Many VZW reps post on here, and should be more amicable with the posters who ask simple, albeit sometimes noobish questions.
OK rant over. If you want to bash me for trying to ask you guys to be nice, go ahead. Just my 2 cents.
I know they're being answered but it's the tone of most of the most recent posts (not all of them, just some) talking down on the poster asking the question.
Again sorry, not meaning to offend anybody, just an observation about this forum recently.

i try to be nice, but when ppl complain about not getting credits for legit charges, i start to get angry. you pay for what you use/do. deal with it. be a big boy and pay the bill.
However, no excuse. I'm not a VZW CSR but I logged about 12 years at different companies 'being on the phones'. I've been yelled at a good share. I've been to the front line and got my wounds. It's not an easy job, hats off to the VZW reps that do it.
