We know T-Mobile is a good company and will continue to be successful. VZW is a very strong competitor, and always will be, don't knock them down.
Personally I think this whole lawsuit is dumb. They never hid what the phone could or could not do. Had they kept it secret, I could see a problem, and no personally I never would have bought it knowing features were disabled. Does anyone know that the Nokia 6800 has a camera attachment, that T-Mobile DOESN'T support? Even though we don't advertise it in a big ...

Mmm... nope. They'll probably continue to be successful, but they'll also continue to be far smaller than either Verizon or Cingular, both customer- and coverage-wise. Nice second place in Consumer Reports, though.
Everyone should migrate to T-Mobile.
Even if their coverage kinda sucks, as it does in my hometown?
What the hell is wrong w/ Verizon & Cingular don't they want to "bring in" customers, not drive them out? 😛
