vzw backup assistant through get it now is there a charge?
is there a charge for vzw back up assistant. im on the 39.99 monthly plan with 450 anytime minutes. they said its free if you are enrolled in my account. i called again and asked and they said its a 1.99 fee to use get it now. can anyone confirm how much it will cost me. i want to transfer my contacts over to my new vzw enV phone but the store is charging 10 dollars!!!

last time I checked, if you are enrolled in MyAccount, there will be a credit posted back to your bill that will cover that $1.99 amount.
