Yes, this was from my husband. Unfortunately, he agreed with you and shot himself to death this afternoon. It is terrible, but, I don't think you are really responsible, so don't feel too bad about your horrible words. He felt as stongly about his spelling as he did about his religion and his car, so it was the right thing to do.

Sounds reasonable to me. Verizon is well know for great reliability. Not so much for their phone choices or features.
