The rebate pads are never a guarantee a phone is coming. But CTIA will be upon us shortly...and that's always announcement time.

Hey I already broke news about those, so they should've been happy earlier =P Also, I believe the Decoy is the new name for the LG-VX9700 -_- They need to stop with the stupid names.
