LG EnV 2
I saw the pic of the Ev2 on the main page yesterday. Im not really feeln the small screen on the front. I know that they said that the screen on the inside is larger but a bigger screen on the front would be nice. Also I hope it will come in more colors besides the black one that is shown. I am currently with Helio and the service has been great so far and I love my Ocean but when my contract is up I will be going to VZW mainly because everyone else in my family has VZW and I like the EnV because it flips open instead of sliding and the color choices. Also, my mother is due for a phone upgrade and she is not into the real techy phones. All she does is talk, text and send pics. I don't think she should get a plain phone though. My dad...

I think you answered the question yourself... let her pick the phone she wants. The EnV is a great phone... I'm not too hip on the new version myself. Chocolates can be hard to use for peeps that are techinically savvy enough to navigate a fly wheel... just some thoughts

I seriously would not give her an enV or chocolate. If she's looking for basic, then get her just that. The Samsung U340 or the Coupe is a phone that may be right for her.

true... shouldn't knock it til I tried it, but at the same time i don't need to jump off a cliff to find out its gonna hurt. I'm also worried you won't be able to use the keypad for texting anymore with that small screen... not to mention the numbers don't have any of the abc lettering... hope they don't destroy my favorite phone
