k, so I bought the voyager, (im a brand new customer) and Jesus did NOT ascend from the heavens and the angels did NOT sing, like I thought they would 😢 . Way too bulky, and I think I may need more of a PDA for the calendar that I would like. SO my question is, what happens if I exchange the voyager(its been less than two weeks) for the touch when it comes out, and since that comes out online earlier than in the stores, what if I dont like the touch. Do I have ANOTHER 30 days to figure it out? I wouldnt think that you could just keep trading phones out every thirty days and that is not what I am trying to do, but I was on the fence about the touch(I checked it out at sprint store) and honestly I would probably like the lg dare better...

You get ONE exchange within your 30 days so choose wisely, after that you are stuck with it.

If after you get ur ONE exchange, can you still disconnect w/out an ETF if your within the 30 day WFG?

Long way to reach the same means to an end. (This also requires a very consumer friendly store and a used phone.) If you don't want to disconnect but want to wait. Return the Voyager and activate a friends phone they're not using. 1. You returned the phone so you never bought one. 2. You still have service. So when the xv6900 and Dare are out you can still buy one and retain the option to exchange within a WFG. Better yet just return said phone, wait for both to come out and hang out in a store for an hour cause it's you right as a consumer to make a KNOWLEDGEABLE decision before your purchase. In short return the Voyager and wait because you will still be entitled to your subsidized phone... At least in the South Area.

The fact of the matter is if you find a store with a low enough NPS score they'll do anything to make you happy. I've seen 3 exchanges within 30 days before. Hell I've seen exchanges happen (into new equipment) beyond 45 days. The policies are straight forward, but if you find the right store, and are a valuable enough customer you'll get away with a lot.

Yes the voyager is a kludge iphone wannabe. I have tried the htc touch at sprint and it is slow as hell. I am waiting for the samsung glyde or the iphone 2.0 which will require leaving vz for t-mobile if the iphone 2 can be unlocked.

Ok..just to clean up everything here. 1. The policy is one exchange within the 30-day Worry Free Guarantee period. HOWEVER, a smart customer service move will allow a customer to make a second exchange as a "one time courtesy". 2. You stated you need a PDA but are looking at the Dare. The Dare will be a Voyager sans keyboard and TV. So in essence it will not do what you want. 3. NPS scores may or may not make a store more open to bending the rules. If they have a low NPS score, they'll less likely to do anything because they're already on the bottom and are close to just being restructred with new staff. 4. The Voyager is not a wanna-be iPhone. Just because a phone is a touch screen doesn't make it an iPhone. The iPhone is a ripof...

Good stuff, yet the OP hasn't bothered to come back to get his/her answer. That sucks. 🤨
