PDA Recommendation - Best for Text & Picture Messaging
I'm looking for suggestions on what PDA phone (i don't want vcast, vcast music, get it now or any of that stuff) you can recommend to me that is best for texting as well as pictures which are the two main reasons I use my phone (as well as browsing the Internet).
Right now I have the Q9M. I like the fact that it runs Windows and the keyboard is qwerty . The battery life stinks tho.
Any recommendations for any current or upcoming phone is appreciated as I'm eligible for my new every two. Should I stick with Windows Mobile? Get the Q9C? Wait for the Curve? How is messaging on the curve? I've never used a Blackberry-can you insert sounds and animated pics into your MMS messages?

Well it's a good thing you don't want vcast or any of that stuff on a PDA because they are for regular handsets 🤣 As for what you are looking for...if you like the virtual keyboard idea, then the Touch. Otherwise I'd probably say the 6800. The Q9c will give you nothing you don't already have, including battery headaches. If you don't have a need for a Blackberry, why get one? If a PDA is what you like, stick to it. The other options would be the SMT-5800 or upcoming HTC Iris (whenever it launches)...or even the Centro. Avoid the Treo's (just because) and the i760(which has been known to have picture message issues).

That is one of our best models we offer. The only difference between it and the 6800 is the 2.0 camera. I would have waited until the 16th then the 6900 will be released.
