Reviewing the past "Idiot customer" post was not only correct but typical in any customer care field. First, he deserves to work where he wants to work. He stil assists the customer the best way that he can but vents on an appropriate site about phones. If a customer can not take a good laugh then maybe they should reconsider taking the responsability of becoming the owner of a cell phone. It may be doing everyone a favor when it comes to not being able to read a web site or their bill. I am a chat rep, and we do our best but arn't given all the tools to help customers. I would tend to agree with you for the most part...
I think its funny how people get mad at reps who vent on here. Like other people don't go home and complain about their jobs, boss, or a co-worker who pissed them off that day. We all have to vent, and this is one site where I think its appropriate to do it.
